Agile New Working: When organisations change from traditional collaboration type (top down leadership) to more agile and bottom up collaboration a cultural and personal adjustment process is required. Responsibilities, power and control need to be discussed, changed and re-adjusted.

Background: Kristin is a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. She has supported different organisations in understanding digitalisation and agile working and making appropriate adjustments towards a more agile future. Team constellation is a powerful method for teams and leadership to explore dynamics in a constructive and honest way. Especially when dealing with change, conflict, re- and new orientation, a constellation can build the floor for new and constructive ways to explore adjustments and solutions that come from within the team.
A team constellation is an invitation to the team as a whole. It is recommended to invite teams to a constellation for example in times of change, before / during transition to agile working, cross-functional and self-empowered teamwork, when team work is stuck etc.

The MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is a powerful psychometric tool, based on the work of C. G. Jung and his findings about our innate preferences. The tool builds a robust foundation for life-long personal and team development. It provides a constructive, flexible and liberating framework for understanding individual and team differences and strengths.
It can also be used as the basis for individual (life & career) development.

Background: Kristin is a certified trainer for Myers Briggs-Type Indicator for MBTI step I (identifying your personality type, made up of four basic preferences, and providing a positive framework to explain how we interact with the world and each other) and step II (providing further insights into the unique way in which we express our personality type)
